Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health status through intake interviews, assessments, and ongoing consultations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, providing both individual and group therapy to foster personal growth and healing.

• Assist clients in developing coping strategies and life skills to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create an integrated approach to patient care.

• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss case management and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including substance use disorders, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. You will be tasked with understanding each client’s unique background and experiences, ensuring that your therapeutic methods are culturally competent and tailored to their individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, with a commitment to inclusive practices and cultural responsiveness.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Essential Grace Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
