Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and craft personalized treatment plans that cater specifically to their circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy through various modalities including individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.

• Engage in active collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care and ensure each client receives holistic support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for those in acute distress, applying your clinical knowledge and compassion to help clients navigate emergencies effectively.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and eliminating stigma associated with mental illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse client base, including individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. As part of the Columbus hospice center network, you will aid patients and their families in navigating the psychological challenges of serious illness, offering critical emotional support during pivotal times in their lives. This role is pivotal in fostering resilience and improving the quality of life for clients with varying needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective therapeutic relationships with clients from all walks of life.

• Exhibiting cultural competence, embodying sensitivity, and adaptability when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds to foster trust and engagement.

• Strong organizational skills, ensuring meticulous and timely documentation of client records in compliance with clinical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
