Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and connecting them to immediate support as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create a holistic treatment approach, integrating input from various practitioners to enhance client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic medical record systems to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities, remaining informed about best practices and advancements in mental health counseling.

• Participate in team meetings to share successful strategies, discuss challenges, and contribute to program development initiatives aimed at improving overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals, families, and couples facing a range of emotional and psychological issues. Your focus will encompass clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts, empowering them to navigate life's difficulties and fostering their journey towards recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, particularly to individuals facing emotional challenges is preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems will be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Clarity Consciousness Integration Service offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
