This role operates in a remote work setting while collaborating with a dynamic team committed to optimum patient care. While our clinicians are grounded in the philosophy of providing care in the least restrictive environment, they are empowered with the autonomy to build their practice within our supportive outpatient model. You will have access to modern tools and systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and PIMSY software, enabling you to efficiently manage your caseload and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and professional ethics.

• Conduct sessions regularly to review client progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and appropriate discharge planning.
\n
• Design, implement, and periodically review person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and intake assessments, in accordance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and share insights.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and refer clients to additional services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse outpatient client population, ranging from children facing emotional difficulties to adults and families navigating complex mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Must hold an unrestricted and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• At least one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient in using digital tools, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, to manage client records and communications.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and formulating subsequent treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Serenity Minds Wellness Center offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model guarantees competitive rates, allowing you to earn ahead of collections without the wait for reimbursement.
