Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population facing a range of mental health concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. Understanding the specific needs of this diverse group will be crucial as you tailor your therapeutic approach to best support each individual’s healing journey.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor that fosters a safe therapeutic environment.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively juggle patient caseloads and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
