Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the distinct mental health needs of clients. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Craft personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, drawing upon a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide therapeutic services in individual, group, and family formats, directly interacting with clients to deliver care that respects their unique experiences and contexts.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to implement comprehensive treatment approaches that enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
