As a Mental Health Therapist at Holliday's Helping Hands, you will work in a supportive and inclusive environment. While the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, you will have opportunities to meet clients in person at our outpatient office when necessary. Our team utilizes innovative technology and tools to facilitate remote therapy sessions, including secure video conferencing platforms and electronic health record systems, ensuring that we maintain high standards of care even from a distance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health conditions, creating tailored treatment plans that address their individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in individual, group, and family settings.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate holistic care and ensure that all aspects of a client’s health are addressed comprehensively.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, employing sensitive and empathetic methods to assist them through their challenges.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting overall wellness.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
