This remote position allows for considerable flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive top-tier care. Our community health clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening hours required on a rotating basis based on client appointments. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and nurses, collaborating to create coherent treatment plans that empower our clients to embark on successful recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to intricately evaluate clients' mental health and substance use conditions, identifying their unique co-occurring disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focusing on developing clients' coping strategies, relapse prevention techniques, and emotional regulation skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Robust understanding of the interplay between mental health and substance use disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Compensation and Benefits\n
