Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to establish clients' mental health status and needs, utilizing standardized tools to gather vital information.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans designed to meet the unique goals and requirements of each client, collaborating with them to ensure the plans are relevant and achievable.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual sessions — ensuring seamless technology integration and maintaining privacy and confidentiality for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services, being accessible for urgent situations, and utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach when necessary to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• No history of disciplinary actions on professional licensing boards.
