Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health status and identify their unique needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

• Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients and their experiences.
\n
• Robust organizational and time-management skills to manage client caseloads effectively.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• Understanding of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a willingness to adhere to best practices.
