Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, utilizing psychological testing where appropriate.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on clients' unique needs, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-based approaches.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, guiding clients through their journeys of personal growth and healing, while encouraging open communication and self-exploration.

• Monitor client progress towards established therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans accordingly to reflect their dynamic needs.

• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for all clients, maintaining a high standard of care regardless of the delivery method.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements to protect client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist with Beautiful Reflections, you will work primarily with clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse client base includes individuals from different backgrounds, ages, and walks of life, allowing you to apply your clinical skills in a variety of contexts. By helping clients navigate their issues, you will contribute significantly to their mental well-being and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Strong capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judging stance towards clients’ experiences and circumstances.

• Effective organizational skills that support case management and timely completion of administrative tasks.
