Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and a network of mental health professionals to ensure that clients receive well-rounded and coordinated care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute distress, applying your skills to effectively manage emergencies.

• Engage in community outreach and educational programs aimed at reducing stigma around mental health and encouraging individuals to seek help.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, determined by your qualifications and experience.
