Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client concerns, shaping individualized treatment plans based on specific mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will engage primarily with adolescents and young adults, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and serious emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD is mandatory to practice in this role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey empathy and understanding effectively.

• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and Google Suite for documentation and client management.

• Professional presentation and demeanor, demonstrating an understanding of maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions is required, with specific experience in telehealth practices being highly desirable.
