Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy to individual adults via secure live video sessions, using platforms designed for effective telehealth delivery.

• Regularly monitor client progress through automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement check-ins, adjusting treatment plans based on data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that address the varied needs of our diverse client base.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions focused on evidence-based treatment frameworks that we refer to as our care pathways.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while protecting client confidentiality.

• Utilize effective communication skills to foster a therapeutic alliance, demonstrating warmth and empathy towards patients throughout their healing journeys.

You will primarily be working with adults who seek to overcome various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure in the state of New York as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or hold a PsyD.

• Proven proficiency in delivering telehealth services to adolescents and young adults is essential.
\n
• Solid familiarity with technology tools, including Google Suite and electronic health record systems, ensuring a seamless virtual experience for clients.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Demonstrated ability to create a welcoming environment, showing warmth and engagement with clients.
