Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, or LCSW with R Privilege.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and compassion for clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining time-efficient practices.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms, crisis intervention techniques, and evidence-based therapeutic frameworks will be beneficial for success in this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
