Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans, considering each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients we serve come from diverse backgrounds with a range of mental health challenges. You will play a one-on-one role in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys while also facilitating therapeutic group engagements that promote shared healing and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active professional license in New York State, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in addressing and treating emotional challenges faced by individuals.
