Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to understand clients’ mental health status and identify their individual needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients’ therapy goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Utilize teletherapy tools and platforms to facilitate virtual sessions, ensuring reliable and secure communication with clients.
\n
• Perform crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support during critical moments.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain knowledgeable about the latest trends in mental health care and best practices.

• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate with fellow therapists, sharing insights and strategies for improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base ranges from individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma to those working through life transitions and existential challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, helping clients develop coping strategies and find constructive paths to healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for building therapeutic rapport with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor with a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain a balanced caseload.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions reported to licensing boards.

• Prior experience working in teletherapy and familiarity with relevant technology platforms.

• A competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 per year , commensurate with caseload and experience.
