Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health status and ensure accurate diagnosis.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse adult population, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will have the opportunity to provide culturally competent care that respects their unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively across multiple client caseloads.

• A clean professional history with no disciplinary actions on record.

Preferred Experience\n
