Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to gauge the mental health status of clients, tailoring services to individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the individual goals and requirements of each client.

• Provide individual therapy predominantly to adult clients utilizing a wide range of evidence-based practices, particularly focusing on solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral methodologies.

• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver virtual counseling sessions, effectively harnessing technology to facilitate client engagement.

• Offer crisis intervention services, demonstrating a readiness to support clients in urgent situations.

• Engage in continuous professional development, regularly updating your knowledge of mental health best practices and contributing to team discussions on new therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve working with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be equipped to approach each situation with compassion and empathy, offering personalized strategies that empower clients towards recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational skills paired with effective time management capabilities.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional governing board.
