Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, considering their unique experiences and backgrounds.

• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to the specific needs and circumstances identified during assessment.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely billing, documentation, and the creation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with insurance authorization and regulatory standards.
\n
• Develop thorough crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness strategies to assist clients in maintaining stability and functionality in their daily lives.
\n
• Create detailed discharge plans when necessary, facilitating a smooth transition for clients back into their communities or ongoing care.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standard of ethical practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and educational opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated in the mental health field.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and agency meetings to collaboratively address client needs and service improvements.
\n
• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training consistently, contributing to the overall competency of our team.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist in the state of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW), with continuing adherence to state regulations.

• Experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting, particularly with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
