Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial client sessions to evaluate mental health statuses and identify treatment goals.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, whether individual or group, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their challenges.

• Employ strong crisis intervention skills to address emergent situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting client progress and treatment adjustments in real-time.

You will work with a varied client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R is mandatory.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
