This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide high-quality telehealth services from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients in need. You will adhere to a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the specific scheduling needs of your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments for clients, considering their unique experiences and backgrounds.

• Regularly participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training to expand knowledge and improve care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess a current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York State.

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment techniques, and culturally responsive therapy practices.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and group therapy, with a focus on inclusivity and cultural relevance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
