Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health status, identifying individual needs and potential areas for support.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals for each client, focusing on their unique strengths and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques suited to individual client needs.

• Track and document clients’ progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients facing immediate emotional distress, ensuring their safety and guiding them through critical situations.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions and progress in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate continuously with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and additional healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and holistically coordinated care.

• Engage in regular professional development through supervision sessions and training opportunities, keeping up with the latest research and treatment methodologies in mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
