Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of adolescents and young adults seeking mental health care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique challenges, fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring a maximum of eight clients to promote in-depth engagement and relationship building.

• Deliver consistent client engagement through both individual and family therapy sessions, ensuring all treatment goals are met effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all patient interactions within our electronic health record system.

• Participate in regular case discussions with team members, leveraging collective expertise to refine treatment strategies and approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A minimum availability of 12 hours per week, with opportunities to increase hours according to your preferred contract (1099) or full-time (W2) status.

• Experience in telehealth services is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide necessary training and support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our organization also offers free online Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to ensure our clinical staff meet licensing requirements while continuing to broaden their expertise in areas of interest.
