We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) to join our team at The Outlet Youth & Family Support Counseling Center. This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide essential mental health support through telehealth services to individuals affected by trauma. Work Environment\n

This role is designed with flexibility in mind, featuring a remote work setting that allows you to connect with clients via telehealth platforms. Our team embraces a digital-first approach, leveraging technology to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. You will work Monday to Friday, primarily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to thoroughly evaluate each patient's trauma history and specific needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and promote resilience through a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), using each client's unique context to guide treatment strategies.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences, process their trauma, and learn effective coping strategies.
\n
• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists, family members, and other professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for patients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies related to trauma, ensuring that immediate and effective assistance is available to clients in distress.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping methods, and available resources, fostering a supportive environment for healing.
\n
• Maintain accurate and secure documentation in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities that enhance trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continuously improve therapeutic efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals affected by trauma, including children, adolescents, and families navigating the challenges associated with post-traumatic stress and other trauma-related disorders. As a therapist, you will provide support to a diverse client population, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs, backgrounds, and experiences. Our objective is to empower clients to overcome their experiences with compassion and skillful guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders, interventions, and resilience-building techniques.
\n
• Solid interpersonal and communication abilities with a focus on a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic approach.

• Capability to remain composed and effective in high-stress situations.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
\n
• Previous experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant applications.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Compensation and Benefits\n
