Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, identifying their specific mental health needs.

• Manage and execute therapeutic interventions in alignment with each client’s conditions, incorporating your advanced clinical skills in social work and counseling.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and attend regular meetings to discuss treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.

• Provide timely case management services for assigned patients, coordinating care with external providers, hospitals, and community programs for enhanced patient outcomes.

• Document treatment plans, assessments, and any necessary follow-ups in compliance with departmental guidelines, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in addition to other modalities to support the completion of individualized service plans.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families from varying backgrounds, who seek assistance for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York is required.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and professional credentials.
