Work Environment\n

This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our telehealth facility utilizes the latest technology to ensure seamless communication with clients. You will conduct therapy sessions through a secure online platform, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all interactions. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the specific needs of each client and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities to support clients in their mental health journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices in documentation.

• Collaborate with our dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care delivered.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to foster understanding and encourage proactive engagement in the healing process.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research and clinical practices to improve treatment methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within New York State.

• Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, allowing for the customization of therapeutic approaches for individual client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trustworthy therapeutic relationship with clients.
