Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and strengths. Develop tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices to guide clients toward improved mental health.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized methods that resonate with clients’ individual challenges.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your meticulous records are crucial for ongoing client care and organizational efficiency.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver a holistic approach to client care. Engaging in team meetings enhances collaborative efforts and shared insights.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions to ensure a dynamic learning environment while continuously improving therapeutic practices.

• Provide education and resource navigation support for clients and their families, helping them understand treatment options and community resources that can enhance their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, reflecting the value we place on the expertise and contributions of our therapists.
