Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs through interviews, clinical tools, and evaluations that inform personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients, utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with colleagues, ensuring continuity and integration of care across various disciplines.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute distress, facilitating de-escalation and safety planning to minimize risk.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma around mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving clients with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will work with individuals, families, and groups, utilizing your expertise to provide tailored interventions that resonate with each client’s unique experiences and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An independent and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.
