Our work schedule primarily follows Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that reflect the cultural backgrounds and personal histories of patients, facilitating tailored treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, and mindfulness techniques, adjusted to the individual’s therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns, helping clients build coping strategies and enhance their emotional resilience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic care to clients.

• Provide immediate support for clients experiencing crises, employing de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and local resources, promoting community engagement and support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, using electronic health record systems efficiently.

• Actively engage in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance cultural competence and clinical skills.

• Stay updated on current mental health research, best practices, and relevant cultural considerations to provide the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
