Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in strict adherence to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care coordination.

Qualifications\n
