This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule and work in an environment that suits you best. All services are delivered through a secure telehealth platform that enables live video sessions as well as messaging with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for discussion.

• Facilitate open conversations that encourage clients to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

• Assist clients in establishing and reaching their individual therapeutic goals through structured planning and ongoing support.
\n
• Identify barriers to recovery and implement strategies to prevent maladaptive behaviors, guiding clients toward healthier choices.

• Advise clients on effective coping mechanisms to manage stress and emotional challenges that arise.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are individuals screened for stability and low acuity, ensuring that you provide support to adults who are capable of engaging with the therapeutic process. Many of our clients may benefit from mental health resources but cannot regularly access in-person services, enhancing the impact of your role in their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Valid licenses in mental health counseling, with at least one of the following: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Clinical (LCSW-C).

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a personable demeanor and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Proficiency in using technology to facilitate teletherapy sessions is also required.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth delivery or working with clients in a virtual environment will be highly regarded. Familiarity with therapy platforms and client management systems can provide a significant advantage in ensuring smooth operation and client satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
