Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, allowing clients to feel safe and comfortable discussing their mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. Inside Minds Therapy Center prioritizes providing support to individuals who may not have easy access to conventional therapeutic options, helping to meet their emotional and psychological needs through a structured yet flexible approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) is required.

• Candidates must possess a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction.

• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate and empathetic disposition will facilitate successful therapy outcomes.

• Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy sessions and comfort using software platforms for scheduling and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable but not required. Familiarity with various therapeutic methods and an understanding of diverse mental health issues will enhance your ability to connect with clients and provide effective care.
