Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address a range of psychological issues.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and provide ongoing progress monitoring to adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms seamlessly to offer virtual sessions, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for clients who may face barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely documentation as per regulatory standards to track client progress and uphold ethical practice.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities, enhancing your clinical skills and staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n
