Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to individual client needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health goals and cultural considerations.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and work cohesively with other healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care, particularly for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation adhering to the clinic’s policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge and tools to manage mental health conditions effectively and independently.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, interfacing with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct regular outcome assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment approaches and make necessary adjustments to enhance patient outcomes.

• Stay informed about current research, emerging trends, and best practices in mental health through professional development opportunities and continuing education.

• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality of patient information, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling and therapy is preferred. Experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, as it requires a strong adaptability to virtual communication tools and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
