Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, therapists will engage with clients primarily through telehealth services, which provide flexibility and access to care for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Empathy and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' experiences and challenges are essential for success in this role.

• Exceptional organizational skills for effective caseload management and administration.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care is highly advantageous.

• Experience working with various age groups or specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or couples, is preferred.

• A demonstrated history of managing complex cases and achieving positive client outcomes is a plus.
