Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Bright Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and issues.

• Diagnosing and treating a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
\n
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

• Monitoring client progress and modifying treatment strategies as needed based on their evolving needs.

• Facilitating referrals to appropriate community resources, treatment programs, support groups, or other healthcare providers.

• Engaging with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care, particularly during patient discharge planning.

• Ensuring compliance with clinical standards, local regulations, and the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families, particularly during crises and transitional phases.

• Advocating for client needs and coordinating with relevant parties to enhance service delivery and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele served by Bright Health includes adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current State Licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC.

• A strong understanding of community mental health resources for referrals and support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
