Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the creation of a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.

• Organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and handle necessary administrative tasks.
