Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify specific needs and develop therapeutic plans.

• Engage in initial patient evaluations and comprehensive family assessments, triaging care effectively based on client needs.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through regular documentation and meetings, including patient rounds, to discuss treatment plans and interventions.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities as appropriate for outpatient care.

• Facilitate case management for assigned patients, consulting with community professionals and programs to ensure holistic and effective treatment.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation necessary for patient care and compliance with departmental policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse group of clients including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Our outpatient model allows you to tailor your therapeutic approach according to each client’s unique circumstances, supporting them through various phases of their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
\n
• Willingness to work between 10 to 40 hours a week, based on your availability and patient demand.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have:

• Demonstrated experience in outpatient therapy, preferably using telehealth models.

• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
