Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health issues, using diagnostic tools to develop accurate clinical diagnoses and tailor treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care, depending on the specific needs and objectives of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies to clients undergoing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, ensuring that information is up-to-date and accessible for the care team.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, enhancing coordinated care and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse spectrum of individuals—from children and adolescents to adults and families—who face a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Valid and current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
