The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and identify the influence of their medical conditions on their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients suffering from a variety of complex psychiatric conditions alongside chronic medical issues, including but not limited to, chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Your role is essential in delivering integrated care to this diverse population, requiring a nuanced understanding of how these co-occurring conditions affect mental health treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

• Proven track record in addressing the mental health needs of populations with co-occurring medical conditions.
\n
• Experience delivering integrated care, particularly in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an ability to connect with patients and colleagues alike.

• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and various digital communication platforms to facilitate patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
