Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological well-being and identify appropriate treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs, preferences, and diagnoses.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy in one-on-one and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on addressing emotional concerns, promoting personal growth, and enhancing coping skills.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and immediate help for clients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and involvement in care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

• Engage in regular case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and share expertise with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we value passion and dedication to mental health improvement for our clients. Individuals with specialization in trauma therapy or experience working within community mental health settings will be favored.

Compensation and Benefits\n
