This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility in your schedule while still maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient office in Aurora. Our operating hours are from Monday through Saturday, which allows you to have a dynamic work schedule that can be tailored to fit your personal needs. We offer in-house credentialing and management of insurance participation, so you can focus on what you do best—providing exceptional care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that address unique client needs.

• Participating in interdisciplinary meetings, ensuring clear communication with other staff members about patient assessments, treatment interventions, and care plans.

• Providing evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical methodologies to enhance the therapeutic experience and meet individual service plans for clients.

• Managing case files and maintaining accurate documentation, completing assessments and treatment notes in a timely manner to meet departmental standards.

• Collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive, holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly support a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges. You will help empower individuals from different backgrounds to confront their issues and facilitate their journey toward mental wellness. Our patient population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families, encompassing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must hold valid licensure as a LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the State of Illinois and have at least two years of clinical experience. We are looking for professionals who are committed to fostering a supportive environment and are eager to grow within their practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, additional certifications in various therapeutic modalities or specialties are highly regarded. Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with documenting patient care using electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
