In this remote position, therapists will benefit from a flexible work setting that enhances work-life balance while maintaining a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client needs and establish personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering growth and recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to guide individuals, couples, and families through their challenges.

• Collaborate closely with other professionals to ensure streamlined and holistic patient care, advocating for clients in all aspects of their treatment.

• Respond to mental health emergencies with timely crisis intervention, offering immediate support to clients in distress.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, various therapeutic options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and protect client privacy.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
