This full-time position operates remotely, promoting an ideal work-life balance for our therapists. Our outpatient office encourages flexibility and self-direction, empowering team members to design their work environment while maintaining regular collaboration with colleagues and supervisors. The standard business hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ symptoms related to eating disorders and any co-occurring mental health conditions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique challenges.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, collaborating closely with clients to set realistic recovery goals and track their progress.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while adapting methods to meet individual client needs.

• Facilitate in-depth therapy sessions aimed at addressing clients’ distorted beliefs surrounding body image, self-worth, and food, creating a safe space for discourse and healing.

• Support clients in developing effective coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and techniques to combat disordered eating behaviors, contributing to their overall well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated care, maintain continuity in treatment, and address the holistic needs of each client.

• Provide psychoeducation for clients and their families to deepen their understanding of eating disorders and foster a supportive network for recovery.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, client progress, and therapy sessions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals dealing with various eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
