Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use and mental health history.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address both addiction issues and underlying mental health concerns, setting achievable goals for client recovery.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on the recovery process, equipping them with tools and strategies to support rehabilitation.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
