Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your role is crucial in offering empathetic support and practical strategies that empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport building with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to manage a flexible schedule across varying client caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting is required, candidates with a diverse range of therapeutic backgrounds are highly valued. Experience in teletherapy is a plus, as we aim to expand our digital service offerings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities. Benefits include:
