Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and methods to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, drawing from a diverse array of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support during acute mental health crises, demonstrating your crisis management skills and compassionate approach to challenging situations.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to foster mental health awareness and engage in educational initiatives aimed at reducing stigma surrounding mental illness.

Your role will involve working with a wide array of individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
