Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to accurately identify client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate cultural considerations and specific therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various formats: individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being through immediate support.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, while adhering to both clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, supplying them with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Engage in regular multidisciplinary collaborations to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of patient health.

• Perform ongoing evaluations of treatment effectiveness with outcome assessments to refine existing treatment approaches.

• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in mental health to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
