Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to facilitate emotional healing and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, all of whom are prescreened and exhibit low acuity needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and strong computer literacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, depending on the hours worked and other factors. Full-time counselors also enjoy a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring that your well-being is a priority. Payments are processed through weekly direct deposits for your convenience.
